Report of the CRL-AP interlaboratory Study 2006

On behalf of DG Sanco, the Community Reference Laboratory for animal proteins in feedingstuffs (CRL-AP)organized in 2006 an interlaboratory study for all National Reference Laboratories (NRLs) of the European Union nominated at that time. The goals of the study were (i) to evaluate the performance of the NRLs to apply the microscopic method for qualitative purpose indicated in Commission Directive 2003/126/EC and (ii) to investigate the robustness of the EC 126/2003 directive method regarding the quantitative evaluation of animal constituents in feedingstuffs.
